RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sold for $29 to BrookfieldI was in the same camp as Ross Healy.  As a value investor, Enercare did not register very high in my screenings.  I owned the stock a couple of times and made very good returns, buying cheap and selling when the valuations got stretched.

Congratulations to the long term shareholders. I suspect Brookfield is buying for the synergies and not because of the valuation. That's the catalyst that all of us value investors didn't see.  Enercare was always acquiring other companies.  However, it became large enough that the big fish took notice, saw an opportunity, and seized it.
