Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Heard Diageo might be eyeing Aph lol..............

RE:Heard Diageo might be eyeing Aph lol..............@YukonJer...  you sounded the warning bells 2 years ago???  Let me tell you, the stock on August 2, 2016 was trading in the $2.20 range.  Its now trading in the $10.80 range.

I'm having a hard time understanding what you are whining about.

I don't understand why you want Aphria to be bought out this soon unless you want managment to "minimize" shareholder value.  Everyone knows the longer the have a chnce to build out and prove their business model they will be in a better position to maximize shareholder value.

Done whining or is there something else you would like to complain about?

problem #1. Aph has interests in U.S. where its illegal. No company is going to buy or partially buy APH until this is dealt with. Plain and Simple. This was my problem 2 years ago and everyone gave me issues. Aph is going to have LHS shares till mid 2019.
