Aimia/Aeroplan: Patience Needed - Explore All Options

Aimia/Aeroplan: Patience Needed - Explore All Options
There are numerous options for Aimia/Aeroplan that have been floated.

The offer from Air Canada with a short fuse is typically called a "Bully Offer".

Aimia/Aeroplan needs to piss on the offer from Air Canada (literally) to extinguish the fuse.

Air Canada is not expected to make a decision about its new loyalty program until the end of 2018.

There is ample time for Aimia/Aeroplan to fully explore these other options.

As a duty to its shareholders, the Aimia/Aeroplan Board of Directors should exercise patience before accepting any offers.
