The TSX views U.S operations as grey because state and federal laws often contradict....since we are CBD with hemp and MJ in our roster as well I think it's safe to say we are a pot company to Bay Street so the same rules apply.Isodiol stated the goal is to uplist on the U S side to a major exchange...There has been specific mention of the NASSAQ but the only place anyone has ever said TSX is on stockhouse.....one day we will but it's not now.
