I did mean $100 million. 

That's close to 20% of their total. Those receipts were allowed to be traded as soon as the deal was made. 

It seems that's normal for such transactions. 

This ate up all of their available positive cash and fully dilluted their position on the market. 

However, they still have a positive cash flow so there is light at the end of this tunnel. 

It was there all the time and honestly I just didn't see it or maybe it was the "receipts" that threw me off?? 


My own fault for not seeing the implications here.
