I was really surprised by the trading.  I think the IPO price was 0.15 and the VWAP today was 0.43.  Some nut even paid 0.91.  Craziness.

Not sure what to make of the recent Solar Brokers debt + equity investment.  From the PR it appears the line of credit has no maturity and also no buyout premium.  Doesn't seem in line with their stated plan.   And no metrics were given as regards the equity investment.  So very difficult to nail down what type of deal they're getting here.

I'm assuming they're hoping to serve as a bridge for Solar Brokers to obtain larger financing from other parties.

Happy to see the NCIB.  I doubt they'll be able to buy much but still nice to have the option, particularly on the debentures.
