Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. Dear Gary E, as communicated by mail, a reverse split would be an insult to all existing shareholders. The least the board can do is to be honest on the real dilution % of the shares by keeping the original value reference. A reverse split is IMO nothing less than a preparation on new capital raise which would eliminate all profit opportunities of the existing shareholders. For me a reverse split would be the signal to sell all my shares.
