RE:RE:What if the deal gets voted down.IMO this should have been done at 1 to 1. BTE is just as good of a company as RRX. RRX has decline rates out of this world. You notice how BTE made it sound like after the merge the decline rates would be 30% bullshi! add the 2 decline rates up and tell me how you get 30% out of that.
IMO BTE is being taken to the woodshed. I am lucky as I bought this after the fall so what ever happens is fine by me as IMO the combined companies will do well.
