Flow through pricing

Flow through pricingI’m still trying to wrap my head around the $.035/share pricing.  Normally Flow Throughs are at a premium to trading price so I’d have expected $.10 or so. Why $.035. Hell of a discount.
Happy to gobble them up but seems excessively dilutive
