The Norwegian funds that bought a sizable chunk of the secondary at about 80 cents were the ones doing most of the selling. Supposedly worried about the price of copper. I find that reason hard to believe. They were supposed to be long term shareholders and they used positive news to sell. Not a great vote of confidence in Excelsior.
What is the source of your assertion that "Norwegian funds" were selling? Who were these Norwegians and how many shares did they own.
Regarding your last sentence, for every seller, there's a buyer who does have confidence.
