Danceswithhorses needs to be careful with the assumption that "You don't officially work towards a US listing unless you know you have something."

Remember when they rolled out the Zenith spinoff prior to the Assure results. Many pointed to that as meaning that study success was a sure thing.

I'm glad they did the spin-off - and am confident in the prospects of BOM, but you never know with a phase III until the results are in.
