RE:RE:RE:RE:The GOI won't give upIf India was a strong Democracy the Oil Minister wouldn't be advocating appealing the Arbitration decision, after they agreed to arbitration and waived any right to an appeal. When it comes to $$'s there are no rules or laws unless, they favor the GOI.
RIL might be able to have the appeal thrown out based on the International Convention on Arbitration which the GOI is a part of and, due to the fact that they agreed to arbiration in the first place, GOI law is largely based on British law, unfortunatley if they file an appeal it could take a long time before this plays out which doesn't favor NKO's position, and just look at how Bangladesh totaly ignored Arbitration and lets not forget how Pakistan haboured the world's most wanted terrorist while collecting financial support from the US.
