North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:Don't recall seeing this video here... I am convinced NSUers would do much better without being taken over relative to the current low ball offer. 

Much like Reservoir sharehoders who were big believers in the Timok asset held their investment in NSU, I would almost certainly consider ongoing ownership via the potential purchaser if I thought it made sense depending on the facts/pricing at the time. As a result, it follows like shares in the purchasing company may be an appealing addition/kicker to a purchase. Of course, I can also very much appreciate a full cash offer in that you can choose to do whatever you want with the cash upon receipt.
