For now, contractual agreements are in place for years to come.

This is not the first time TD has behaved stupidly in conducting business.

First it about 1.2 million based on the 2012 switch from CIBC to TD. and back then they split 50-50. That doesn't mean that this is not worrisome. Hopefully, RBC or someone else will want to pick this up. It is ridiculous for TD to treat their customers like this though and it is also probably illegal. AP is offering value and it will continue to do so. There is no chance for TD to get out of contract.
