RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Should webe panicking

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Should webe panickingI was not familiar with the Cinar case.  I see that there was a big scandal over it.  Funds were allegedly misappropriated in or before 2000, and it was claimed that 40 million was invested in GlobeX funds in the Bahamas without board authorisation.  Then there was extensive litigation, lasting until 2005?  Lots of procedural and tangential deliberations.  I also found a Supreme Court case involving Cinar as late as 2013.  So when you measure the 4 years, was that from the time of intended liquidation, or from filing the last tax return?  In particular, what was the duration of the period of time between filing of the last return, to receipt of TCCs and distribution?  If you care to shine some light on this situation, it would be of interest.  (Maybe you'd rather forget.)  Reading your not about 4 years kind of ruined my day, but nevertheless have a nice long week end.  And thanks.
