More analysis

More analysisNMX 52 week high 2.44$ and 52 week low 0.65$, DLI 52 week high 2.35$ and 52 week low 0.60$ so Desert lion energy is not the only one who got a real good beating so nothing wrong with the company.

DLI is already producing and moving into phase 2.  One thing that I am really interested in is the phase 3 with 25000 tons of lithium carbonate per year.  Did anyone calculated how much it's worted?  Let's say we use 15 USD/ kg for average price of lithium carbonate this brings us at 375 000 000 USD per year! Ok I don't know what would be the grade of that lithium carbonate but it gives us an idea of how much it could be worted of the grade is 98-99% (if any lithium expert here please give us your comments thanks in advance)

Also DLI has no debt, has cash and can built go thru the phases with the cashflow from phase 1 shipments.  They have under 50 millions shares outsanding and the P/B is under 2 (don't use TSX P/B as it's incorrect based on the company last financial report)

So far gross revenu from phase 1 looks like it be around 23 millions dollars per year but I don't know how much cashflow this will generate as I don't know what is their cost per ton.

I can't wait for the material and economical data from the report to be publish. Next days we should here from DLI about the second shipment, so far they are following their plan and it looks good!

Now let's see if the chinese will make their investment in the next 2 weeks.

Cheers
