But it is likely a Politician speaking to an audience. This position would conflict severely with Amlo’s goal to increase oil production back to 2.5 million barrels a day or up by about 800,000 BOD from current levels. Virtually all oil wells have some level of hydraulic fracking, whether they are onshore or offshore. To stop all hydraulic fracking and horizontal well fracking will stop most new production. 

 

I expect we will see a severe retraction from this stated position shortly.
