It is a change of direction for WI-LANA judgement against Apple, in California no less, raises the potential or perceived efficacy of WiLAN’s patents to other players in the ecosystem
With the judgement against Apple,WI-LAN patents will have golden value in negotiating settlements and new contracts with Apple and other players.I guess management will address many of these questions during the CC on August 9.
