Man...

Man...I am not a happy camper right now.  I put an order in for 40,000 at .025.  I was the first orderat .025 prior to me putting my order in the bid and ask was .02.  I saw the order go in on level 2.  I go to put a sell order in and my order didn’t fill.  WTH?
