So will the current distributor just lie down and play dead? I think not. This is a massive undertaking to try and go at it by themselves with the in house support of Unifire. Me thinks you will see two things: 1) lawsuit 2) Takeover. They most certainly aren't going to let a billion dollar contract waltz right out the door.
