RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:close at 3.90?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:close at 3.90?Let's see...RandomNumberDude wants to de-activate Aeroplan members after 12 months of inactivity.

Let's say Aeroplan loses 1 million members of its 5 million members because nobody shops at Home Hardware on a regular basis, like they do for groceries.

1 million Aeroplan members that disappear into cyberspace at a value of $200-$400 per Aeroplan member, read Mittleman Brothers letter...if you can read...

And you have vapourized $200 million to $400 million in value for Aeroplan.

The logic of your de-activation policy is moronic.

Aeroplan 2.0 needs to increase the number of members in its program...

Not decrease/reduce the number of members in Aeroplan 2.0

I'm gonna guess you were talking to that idiot that was trying to argue that a loyalty program should not deactivate the accounts if their members disagages for more than 12 months?
