I hadnt expected that these sorts of pilot programs represent part of the pipeline, it seems its only the likes of mingzhu that start counting the patient numbers. The NHS pilot cant be counted it would be too big, I dont ever remember the Sioux pilot being mentioned in this way. 500,000 is a large number compared to the size of the contracts that have been announced recently so I guess its possible but its doubtful.

For those that dont know the flying doctors is an iconic national organization in Australia.
