Million Dollar Question Why No Takeover?

Nothing holding back things now that the US No Contact patent is all but confirmed. Likely what we have been waiting for all this time to then tee-up the licensing deals....yes deals! Next shoe to drop has to be either we get further details on the licensing terms, or we get another country involved in the licensing deal. Also, we gotta be getting close to getting our European Flex9 patent. The million dollar question is why on earth would Federal Resources pay us a bigger licensing paycheque in 2019 than what are market cap currently sits at? Jeff asking way too much and they realize there is no chance of getting this hostile for something "reasonable"?
