Nope it's true. Look at the share structure of other mid-cap cannabis companies and you will see they are loaded with warrants and convertible debentures. Most of them are 200 million shares fully diluted as well, where as invictus is 115 million shares fully diluted. Invictus has virtually no debt.

With regards to Gene, i'm sure he's opened up a lot of doors. This publicity probably brought them Authentic Brands Groups and ATB as well.
