The vested interests seem to be aligned with brokers such as Desjardins and National Bank together. They may have been able to accumulate a rather large position for their clients by trading paper back and forth. Trading out at the highs and going short for the downswing enables them to repurchase before news of partnering. I sense with my intuition and based upon all the research we know about Oral Amp B, that we could be near to a deal with a very good partner to take us right through phase 2 and phase 3 in exchange for a percentage of the multi billion dollar market that wiil overtake and replace the injectable version of the drug. This could be very big for a little company like ICO, so for sure I wouldn't want to be caught short especially before a halt pending news of such magnitude.
