This Board

This BoardI've said it before and I'll say it again. This board has a TON of smart people on it. This is for sure the best board I've seen on stockhouse. With all that said, still no one can figure out what is going on. How do you have this many investors standing there shurgging their shoulders having NO idea what is going on. And obviously the market can't make heads or tails of this "great deal", otherwise we wouldn't be sitting on a penny right now.

Allen has put NOTHING out to give anyone any sort of confidence. My main concern right now is the CSE is going to look at this and have no idea what's going on and what happens to AAO or whatever it will be called if we can't get onto the CSE and we no longer have Fox-Tek, it does not spell a pretty end for us. Not to mention holding shares in escrow for up to 3 years because they are worried about investors dumping them right away, is really not a great look.

I think investors must be looking at Allen thinking nothing he's done since taking this company over has done anything for shareholder value. He sits there and gets to continously collect a 160K a year while NEVER adding to shareholder value since taking over ( I believe it sat around 15 cents when he took over ). If anyone on this board had that record at their jobs, they would have been fired years ago.

It's scary when the CEO thinks people questioning him are bashing and that's what's keeping the stock down. Threating investors with a 20-1 split if they don't sing you're praises is certainly not CEO material. I'm actually stunned that Allen released that as answer to my questions.

All in all I think besides a few here pretty much everyone else has lost all hope for this stock. Allen can think it's because of people questioning him or as he puts it "bashing the stock", but this rest directly on his shoulders. A penny today certainly doesn't stand well for us and I'm very worried about when we have to annouce our first quarterly earnings without Fox-Tek on the books.
