THINK ABOUT IT FOLKS...Lundin's bid was at $4.75, we are now significantly above that.
NSU has disclosed that there is significant other interest in NSU/Timok at higher valuations. At each of us no doubt has some idea of possible value which is up for debate (which also makes things interesting).
There are many people in the know RIGHT NOW. There's no way there's a Chinese Wall or something here. The cat is out of the bag, the only question is what's the number? And in that case maybe NSU doesn't know it entirely yet either but they sure as hell know some possible numbers and it's obviously higher than Lundin's bid.
Regardless of what you think in terms of valuation this is a NO-BRAINER.
Now if you're in it for just a trade, then you certainly might be open to disappointment because anything could happen.
But I have at least a 3 year horizon here. So in all my experience in investing this is the closest thing I've seen to a no-brainer and I say that hesitantly because many of us have expereinced doozies no doubt.
Like I said, go down in price. I doubt it goes down enough to my liking. But hey if it does I will be thankful.
