It’s a good time for Avcorp to bring on board a Strategic Investor, especially if it is a foreign strategic investor.

Is the order backlog now almost $1 billion?? WOW...and the share price is a whopper at $0.04!! Also, "ToiletPaperBoy"... the roll is empty...more BullSheet is needed by Captain UnderPants.

Bombardier got AirBus as a strategic partner and things are looking pretty good for Bombardier. Avcorp better get a strategic partner soon...or they are FOOLISH!!

Let's begin the climb upwards in creating shareholder value.
Here's an idea that we can call Strategic Alternatives - Scenario 1
Let's begin with a baseline fair value of $0.85 per share.
Scenario 1 Plan:
-Strategic investor(s) is/are identified that can appreciate the long term potential value of Avcorp
-Phase 1 Strategic investor(s) make a friendly offer to acquire up to 30% of Avcorp at a negotiated price of, say $0.35 per share
-Panta would agree to sell some of his shares as well to the Phase 1 strategic investors, to get the new investors on board
-Potential upside for the strategic investor(s) is a potential profit of approx. $0.50 per share, based on fair value of $0.85 per share.
-Over the medium term, the situation for Avcorp will unfold (F35 contract etc…) and the market value of the shares of Avcorp will reflect the reality at that time.
-If medium term events are favourable to Avcorp and have a positive market value impact on its shares, then:
-Phase 2 strategic investors are identified and a friendly offer to acquire up to 49% of Avcorp at a negotiated price of, say $0.85 per share, or higher
-Phase 1 strategic investors could decide to hold or sell their equity position, based on their own investment criteria
-If medium term events are unfavourable to Avcorp (i.e. lose F35 contract etc.), then the exit for the Phase 1 strategic investors could be to sell their shares to other strategic investors, perhaps the Chinese.
