Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Well the recent prices were total BS right? Right.

Just typical illiquid microcap ebb and flow of a few individuals who decide to sell without looking to see what's going on. We all do it from time to time or more often than that, lol. Such as when we get bored, never understood what we owned in the first place, came across a 'hotter prospect', or needed the $.

(Not that I've ever done that, LOL!)
