To whom it may concern,

What is wrong with the authorities monitoring illegal activity on Canadian stock exchanges? IIROC should be ashamed at what you call governance towards illegal activity. I've witness countless downticking events in the last few month and I've had enough of it. Someone continues to do it on a regular basis and they obviously aren't scared of the authorities tracking this behavior.

While exchanges are allowing robots and software to complete the majority of the trades these days, for whatever reason the exchanges or IIROC can't monitor illegal activity by the form of software and automated monitoring, why not?

See the following stock trades at the end of day usually in the last minute of the day for Tetra Bio-Pharma on the TSX-V exchange.

I've had enough watching momentum getting squashed and amplified by this ILLEGAL downticking on Tetra Bio-Pharma. I have proof on multiple days over the last few months that "Anonymous"  or "Broker 001" is selling sometimes only  a few shares in order to bring the share price down at the end of the day. It's also happening with Broker 7 (TD CanadaTrust).

Today it was obvious as ever, but honestly IRROC (the authorities) need to have in-house expertise / systems in order to prevent this kind of behaviour. Find whoever is doing this and prosecute them to the full extent of the law! Enough, please do something about this.

ya played the penny stock game and learned a lesson

move on moron
