RE:RE:The presidentNo candidate specifically talks about mining policies. Each one represents their sector of the country, even with support in each State or Province. The one that had more chances to win was Moise Katumbi who could not return to the country because Kabila did not allow it. I think the fact that Kabila leaves, implies a significant reduction in the risk of Katanga, if there was a risk that the United States would sanction Kabila even more and, knowing that Trump is capable of anything ... in a short time sanction Glencore or Katanga. It must be read as positive that there is a first non-violent transition in the history of the Congo.
