RE:RE:RE:Another Solid Quarter....Dividend Boosted !

RE:RE:RE:Another Solid Quarter....Dividend Boosted !The MD&A is now posted on SEDAR.
The following three paragraphs stick out:

John Robertson, President and CEO, said “Despite lower investing activity in the quarter, revenue, EBITDA, cash
flow from operations and net income were all above the comparable period of 2017. We expect a significant increase in investing in the fourth quarter over that of the current quarter.”

John Robertson, President and CEO, said “We are pleased we have achieved net income of $0.03 per share in the quarter. This was a result of a strong quarter for the Real Estate Group in both acquisition and performance fees. The Private Debt Group had a slower than anticipated quarter as a result of delays in closing of transactions in the quarter. These transactions are expected to close early in the fourth quarter

The outlook for the rest of the year remains very positive. We are making progress toward our previously stated target of raising $1 billion of committed capital in the next 9 months.”

The Company has 16 million in cash on the balance sheet. Why do we really need more than 10 million? Unless it gets invested , perhaps a one time extra dividend is forthcoming.
I think 16 cents next year is looking very likely and $3.00 sounds right.
