EXE has a payout ratio of 62%
SIA has payout ratio of 58% (they just raised their dividend 2%)

EXE has new projects coming online in Q1 and Q3 2019. Once these projects are finished maybe then a dividend incrase may occur. At a price of 7.68 the current yield is 6.25%, not a bad return as you wait for the projects to complete.

The class action is not material, since it is covered by insurance as previously stated on the conference call.
