RE:Saudi Arabia ordered it's brokers to dump Canadian stocks pujdo40 wrote: Saudi Arabia has ordered its Brokers to dump Canadian stocks at any price no matter how much money they lose by doing so maybe this has something to do with it because diplomatic relations with Canada and Saudi Arabia are really poor right now and they're selling Canadian stocks whatever they can so who knows maybe somebody owned this stock, needed money and had to get out and as you can see he had to sell at the loss and no matter the cost this could be it. I don't have any evidence or proof of this this is just me speculating how's that
I highly doubt that is the case..the chances of any Saudi having shares in OGI alone, with all the other players in the sector(and none of them took the hit we did..or anywhere near) would be remote I would think..more than likely I would guess it is someone who bought in early and has made some good coin and wants to reshift their position to something else...or an instituition that again, got in early..has made lots of dough..and are happy at the end of the day...remember..if any of these two scenarios were true..if these folks bought in at 2-3..they are still looking at a mighty fine return at even todays prices..I am just guessing, because it could be neither..but what it evident, is that there have been no material changes with OGI..all is good..we have 5 provincial MOU"S..and undoubtedly will get a big slice of N.S...and no doubt a nice piece of ONT..I am not a bit worried that the share price won't rebound nicely in short order...am I disappointed in today?..of course..but that is part of investing and there really isn't anything anyone can do about it. Put today's performance out of your minds people and have a great weekend. Our day is coming..Todays's price will be laughable when we hit legalization...glta
