In their presentation, a few of cases, the purchase prices were about 1 time NPV, for the Timok uppper zone alone, it is US$6 per share, it is more than CAN$7.5 PER SHARE, for the remained assesst, cash, Bisha, lower zone, exploratory properties, they are worth another 600 millions US$, or 2US$ per share. So, a total US $8 per share, or more than CAN$10 per share. I completely agree with your opinions. How can we get a fair value? It is a BIG task for our management, it will shows the capability of our management. It reminds me about Hathor's take over fight between Cameco and RIO. The problem is the analysis evaluation of 5.88 per share, i believe it Is CAN$. This value is too far to reach the CAN $10. LUN is too cheap and un-professional, and they had a chance to steal it at CAN 5.5. Now LUN will not get NSU, NSU will be gone around CAN 6.5. I am an investor, not a penny flipper, will hold ALL my shares until the end. Tiger

The rejection continues.
