RE:RE:So help me out here on the mathBut isnt the transaction worth 200 000 000 in an all share deal ? if the sgares were worth a dollar that would mean they have to issue 200 000 000 more shares , or am i confused ? So at .165 seems like a hole lotta shares outstanding. maybe 1.12 B if its apples to apples.
