RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Advicedlornemoney1111: Maybe YOU should sharpen your pencil. We were worth $0.165 in the market with $0 TTM revenue and a bunch of non-binding LOI's. Basically, we had nothing. Now we have a binding agreement with a company that did over $50 mm last year, and likely a lot more on a TTM basis. We will be diltuted, a lot. So be it. With a large raise and the existing revenue, plus whatever else closes in the mean time, we have a hell of a lot more than existed previously. Your math doesnt count any of that, its just a dilution calculation with no regard for what the other company is bringing to this deal. For us to keep 20% of the resutling issuer is pretty generous as far as RTO transactions go, so if anything you should be grateful. Even if they do a rollback, which is very likely in the future, we will still be better off than we were. $50 mm TTM is more than Green Thumb Industries and MedMen put together.. go look at their market valuations.
