completion The concerns are valid . I have been in heavy construction most of my life , much of that as a supertindent on large projects . I have not seen the generators on site yet , they may be , once the machinery is set any shafts , if any have to be lined up , lots of small things that add up . They have set a 10 week time frame on the warehouse , they will be cutting that close with cold weather creeping up on them . You do not let a slab or footers set for months without starting eriction on a fast tract job . So that has me worryed about cash flow or poor construction management . Production was supposed to have started last year , and they dropped the ball , not the first time . I also invested in TGX and feel like the Greenland Gov. was involved in ripping me off , so concern is warrented .
