Online sales dilute brand experience/exposure

Online sales dilute brand experience/exposure
That's my take on the "doom and gloom" of online sales only. One of Bruces key points for building brand recognition was quote "like an Apple store where it's overstaffed and you move the margins up but the store becomes the experience" or something similar to that effect. Just so you know i got that quote from when he was talking with Jim Cramer in an interview a couple months back. Online sector to me just dilutes value added services and beats down the price of everything that's sold on it because there IS NO value added service where there would be for a brick and mortar store. As someone with little to no weed experience, who would try it after October legalization, i would prefer brick and mortar stores with actual people who can guide me in the right direction based on what i'd like to feel when i use weed, and that's from someone who was born in 93... I don't consider myself in the majority of my age group though.
