'four proposals from major and mid-tier mining and smelting companies indicating their willingness to purchase up to a 19.9% equity interest in Nevsun - or - partnering to develop the Timok Project'.

So exactly what does this mean? -
if a 20%  (why 19.9%? ) is acquired ~ 60 MILLION  SHARES  will have to be issued at say $6/s.  NSU raises $360 million -about half the cash cost of going into production and a ~ 20% dilution. So the stock price will go up???

Not likely - more likely to drop -by a ~$1/s ---say to $4-$.50/s --- so  will you be happy about this change in 'shareholder  value"  ?????

NSU have been very emphatic about rejecting the LUNatic offer for a reason. There will be no NSU 'announcements' about 'financing' until after Nov 9 when the LUN offer expires - elsewise the LUNatics could still acquire NSU at $4.75 ire

NSU have clearly indicated they  are not interested in selling the company - so if you are expecting a jump in the price -- you are not only  going to be disappointed - you will get whacked.
