RE:When to Buy................I'm starting to look at today as an acid test and HIP is doing pretty darn good IMO. I already averaged down at .49 on the last dip and would seriously consider placing another buy at .49. We might see a lower SP but you can bet there will be alot of buyers at lower levels and there would be a risk of not having the order filled.. I hate it when I call bottom but my orders don't fill.. I place my orders just over what I expect bottom to be to ensure I fill.. same with sell.. everyone tries to sell at top dollar but the buyers evaporate so you need to sell just under top bid.. anyhow, JMHO.. hope you do well with it.
