You understand you need a building for Health Canada to grant the LP right?
and they already have temp License in Cali for first harvests and inspection/testing. <br/>

Im also under the impression from emailing IR, that the financing is on track but not finalized for some reason, wether its the spinout, falling share price, paperwork, etc. Your guess is as good as anyone’s.
