In any event, this does not imply the issuance of 19.9% more shares of the company. It could be accomplished through buying shares on the open market or buying shares from a shareholder willing to part with their shares (as with some institutional shareholder looking to exit).
In any event, such a strategic investment undermines LUN's attempt to acquire shares through their tender offer.
I see this as a positive event in any case and not dillutive, but rather, likely further raising the floor for the share price.
