i agree we need news of gaining the permits, but according to Mr McGrath, the rig has been confirmed, after the bidding process was completed. The speculation is when/if we get the permit to drill. GL.

About six weeks ago it was stated that, according to McGrath, a bidding process was completed and a drill rig confirmed. Close to four weeks ago, all necessary permits were received for its "planned exploration and development programs". A PEA was slated to be completed for the first quarter along with receiving these permits. I get delays and the challenges that California brings, but seriously, once paperwork was submitted for the permits and an outside firm hired to do the PEA, is there not sufficient time to have a drill programme lined up and ready to commence? Someone also said that the last financing would be able to fund phase 1 of the drilling, so what's the hold up? Wow!
