North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

Expressing an 'interest'  -- means little - it could be as simple as a brief phone enquiry  -- who knows -- nothing to hang yur hat on -

If negotiations were in fact going on you can be sure it would have been mentioned in the news release but there was no hint of this so assume this story is fluff.

NSU need to buy time - i.e until Nov 10  by convincing s/h's not to tender to LUNatic bid -- (again who would be that stupid.

the probablity of a white knioght on a dark horse arriving on the scene is highly unlikley and NSU will also discourage it -- they want a financing deal (with dilution) not a sale of the company.

Stick with NSU shares -- don't sell -- NSU will be doing everything it can to convince you not to tender to the LUNatic offer  - and get the share price up a bit more 

this whole drama is a goofy comedy
