thx sandy9 on IV

thx sandy9 on IVSpoke to Phil. As far as the transport license goes, everyone in the state has the same problem, obviously. Not enough fully compliant transport companies out there. Also across the state we have a biomass shortage as well. Thats is also why they want to get their isogenics/seedlings dept up and running, so they can give/sell it to contract growers and do some kind of buyback. As far as their own transport license they are waiting and he would not comment on the status of it at all. It seemed to me that they are expecting it sooner rather than later, but no official comment. They did get their COO , certificate of occupancy , which is decently relevant since it is needed for all permanent license applications including transport. As far as reveur goes I think Paul is wrong about the 200k units, I was told 20k units. I would have been surprised if Paul was right , with the biomass shortage and all. I asked about the joints being made and he confirmed it and I asked about its shelf life, he said they are producing hoping to get product out the door sooner than later. So I understood that would happen either under our own transport license or through a licensed distributor. They getting as much biomass as possible and producing as much as they can in anticipation of sending straight out the door as soon as they can, rather than producing after transportation is sorted out and then waiting on testing labs and their backlog. These guys are trying to make as much revenue as possible as soon as the transport gates open, they are focused on the short term revenue as that happens and then on increasing it as fast as possible as the biomass becomes available either from farmers or their own contract growers. The reason we have not had A lot of news releases is because they dont want to piece meal it like they did before. As example , if they announce the coo then investors ask about transport and so on. They basically only want to announce as things get sorted out or shipped out. They should announce last months numbers this week as he is expecting to do so. There are three basic problems in my opinion in order of importance 1) biomass 2) transport 3) lab testing delays. All 3 of these will work itself out over time and I think sooner than later , since the state also wants their tax revenue which they cant get if there is no product on dispensary shelves. Phil said that there is no problem selling as much as they can produce, there is a statewide shortage of quality legal product. He also said as far as oils go that there are more lois that they can manufacture. The amount that they can manufacture if biomass was available is nothing in compared to the demand. So basically if we had the biomass , we would not have any problem selling the 3000 litres a month. He said they have lots of room to expand in regards to oils. I asked if some of the Lois would disappear because we cant fulfill the orders or if the current purchase order would disappear for the 300 litres and he said no. Basically their is a shortage for everyone and the orders and the Lois are too many for anyone to fulfill at the moment. Demand outstrips supply completely. Right now they cant get enough biomass to do the 300 litres and make products, so they are hardly doing much in the oils space till they can get enough biomass. That is why they have structured their equipment purchase because they have time till they can get enough biomass to even do 3000 litres a month. But the silver lining is that they will be ready to go and they are ramping up inventory to get it out the door as soon as they legally can find a distributor or get their license. Im quite positive after the call that they are doing all the right things, keeping their mouth shut to crappy projections till they know they can get it out the door and secure biomass to get the growth. In my opinion it is just a matter of time before this thing takes off because all those things listed above will sort themselves out. Even if we get our transport license and biomass is still a problem we would at least get great revenue from the inventory that we are now holding that is completely tested and increasing inv everyday as they can. And if biomass gets available then we will do great anyway. I think they are trying to get their contract growers operational so if biomass is a problem for longer term then they would have solved their own problem and if biomass is not a problem soon than we at least know we are still getting quality biomass. As I said before they are doing everything right to sustain a growing business long term and I have no doubt this stock is going to go through the roof, the question is just when
