PYR already had a 10% royalty so why invest more unless its bc HPQ has suffered while pyr has failed to produce on schedule. not that peachy if you are an hpq sh and you are now seeing pyr take your profits. ie IF SUCESS WAS IMMINENT - MORE LIKELY It means they are NOT that close to the solar grade product and are covering their costs by getting back money / INVESTMENT from pyr . we shall see....but do not hold your breath.
