ACB Buyout of MWM Inevitable?Once the cannabis digestor is installed at the ACB facility and if it works properly (which it should, after all the testing), then I would imagine that ACB will move pretty quickly to snap up the rest of the MWM shares it doesn't already own. ACB has shown that they aren't shy to take over companies that they like, and with a current market cap of only about $6.4 million, ACB could pick it up on the cheap. Not only would they have the digestors they need for their own facilities but they would also make money selling them to all of the other LP's in Canada (and likely abroad as well) that have to deal with the same environmental issues.
Thoughts?
