Satellos Bioscience Inc. is a Canada-based biotechnology company. i think someone or maybe more than one are trying to keep price as low as they can in order to allow investor get at more cheaper price and make them more confortable w phase 2 investment...
just my opinion...Venture is more exposed to big swings so they need to keep the buying at other markets to show no increase at Venture...
