RE:ACB Buyout of MWM Inevitable?blueboy wrote: Once the cannabis digestor is installed at the ACB facility and if it works properly (which it should, after all the testing), then I would imagine that ACB will move pretty quickly to snap up the rest of the MWM shares it doesn't already own. ACB has shown that they aren't shy to take over companies that they like, and with a current market cap of only about $6.4 million, ACB could pick it up on the cheap. Not only would they have the digestors they need for their own facilities but they would also make money selling them to all of the other LP's in Canada (and likely abroad as well) that have to deal with the same environmental issues.
Thoughts?

Based on precedent, a buyout appears to be the likely intention here if all goes well. And all should go well - the first unit delivered to Aurora Mountain is reported to be undergoing “final” testing. In other words, the tech had already undergone significant testing before the unit was delivered, which was commissioned followingthr results of earlier testing. This “final” testing appears to be more about calibrating / fine tuning the tech as a last step before the deal with Aurora is finalized.
